My first pachinko machine was a Sankyo I purchased from Pachinko Palace in 1978. I loved to play it so much that I took it apart to see how it worked. I knew then that I had the talent to work on them because when I put it back together everything worked. I got my second pachinko, a Nishijin, at a second hand store as part of a deal on a used washing machine in 1992. I started to see what was happening to the old machines that were often stored in barns, attics and garages collecting dust and falling apart due to disrepair. I started Pachinko Restorations in 2009 to help people get their machines back up and working again. In 2013 I acquired Vintage Pachinko LLC with their inventory of parts and machines, Pachinko Restorations has one of the largest collection of vintage pachinko parts and machines.
Over the years, pachinko evolved to include a slot machine, popular as pachislots. Pachinko slots or Pachislots are gambling devices that slowly invaded the local Japanese gambling scene. Many of the machines are located in parlours often seen in downtown business streets and shopping malls. In other words, pachinko is one of the most popular forms of entertainment in Japan. The pachinko industry in Japan is, however, highly fragmented, with over 3,400 different operators. Parlors have various kinds of pachinko machines, letting customers select a machine according to their preferences or the day's mood.
Here at Pachinko Restorations, we buy, sell, trade, repair and restore vintage pachinko machines. Striving to do our best to fabricate parts to replace broken and missing components on these machines, to get them back to their original working condition, so your kids can have as much fun playing as you did. I am always looking for Vintage Pachinko Machines from the 60's and 70's, working or not so clean out your closet, attic, basement and garage. Price is determined by condition, functionality, manufacturer, playing field features, accessories and the distance I have to travel outside of the Tulsa area or shipping cost. If you send a photo (front and back please), I can give you a better idea of what I will pay. If you just want to get rid of yours, we will pay for the shipping in most cases.

Pachinko Restorations, strive to do our best to restore your machine back to its original condition. We also do custom restorations on the machines. So if you have some artwork you would like to see as a background, in most cases we can have it printed and install it as the background on the playing field of your machine. There is no charge to evaluate your machine to determine what is needed for this type of restoration. Here are some before and after photos of restorations.

Pachinko Owners Manuals
After being in service in a pachinko parlor in Japan, pachinko machines were often exported to other countries and sold as ‘reconditioned'. Some simple instructions were included on 1 or more pieces of paper.
The links below are to copies of those simple instructions. Each reseller might create their own instructions. While the basics are covered in all of them, there is something different or extra on each of these versions.
These instructions are provided as-is for those who may find them useful. If after reviewing these instructions, or watching Pachinko Videos on You Tube you are still unable to get your machine working, you may want to consider commercially available manuals or repair services.
